1、把新買的菜板放盆里(或者洗碗槽內),用熱水燙一燙,去除新菜板上的蠟。因為出廠時廠家會在菜板上塗一層蠟,防止菜板開裂。

3、浸泡2個小時後拿出菜板,放在陰涼處晾乾。

4、往菜板上倒入一些食用油,塗抹在菜板上,再放置陰涼處晾乾,反覆塗抹3-4次。這樣處理完的菜板就不易發霉,開裂了。

1.鹽清潔法
先將菜板用洗潔精和水洗凈,在菜板上撒上一層鹽用洗碗海綿反覆擦拭,再用清水洗凈就好了,用鹽清潔后的菜板會更加光亮

2.白醋水清潔法
