這道蔥油雞,做法非常簡單,用料也很簡單,都是家裡最常見的調料。雖說簡單,但卻是香嫩好滋味,佐餐下酒皆可,真的非常好吃。
蔥油雞需要用到的材料有:雞(我用的雞排腿,用雞邊腿,雞腿等也可以的),老薑,小蔥;調味的有:味極鮮醬油,料酒,鹽。
